Our regular turn-around time for repairs is 15 – 20
business days from when we receive the bag until it leaves our facility. This is
due to the high number of bags we receive from all over the United States.

We understand that some of you need your bags quickly and we can offer a Rush
Service for you. We charge an additional $12.00 for this Rush service. (In- House Repairs) bags will be repaired within 3 - 5 business days.
(Bags being shipped to us) will be repaired within 5 - 10 business days from when it is received until it is shipped back to you. * Shipping times may vary based on your location.
This is only possible if the parts are available for your bag. If parts are not
available you will be contacted immediately and the rush fee waived. If you want

Unfortunately we do not ship parts for you to repair bags yourself.
The main reason for this is the manufacturing of luggage in not very
consistent even in the same manufacturers series. For example you may have
twenty five different upright handles made by Samsonite in the same year you
bought your bag in the same size. The only part that will fit your bag is the
one designed specifically for it. This is why we need to see the bag in order to
get the correct part that it needs.
We stock thousands of parts for this reason and usually have the right one
that is needed but sometimes we may have to order one in.
