All Eagle Creek products are manufactured with the highest standard of workmanship and the best quality of materials available. However, sometimes a repair or examination is required to bring your Eagle Creek product back into shape, so it may continue to serve as your faithful traveling companion.

• Lifetime Guarantee

Eagle Creek's workmanship and materials are guaranteed against defect or malfunction for the life of the product. If their product proves defective during the course of normal use, they will repair or replace it free of charge.

• No Matter What Damage Repair Policy

In late 2004 Eagle Creek introduced an exclusive new line of luggage called Exploration Systems or ES. They are so confident in the engineering and durability of these products that they have added a Damage Repair clause to their existing Lifetime Warranty. This policy states that all Exploration Systems luggage products are covered by a no-matter-what-policy: If your luggage is ever damaged (even by the airlines) they will repair or replace it free of charge – no matter what.
