You will probably never encounter a problem with this American Tourister luggage, but in the unlikely event that within 10 years from the original purchase, you discover a problem caused by defects in either workmanship or materials, they'll be happy to see that it is fixed (or replaced if they decide that would be best). All they ask is that you get your case to one of their authorized warranty repair stations. If they determine that the problem is covered by their warranty, they'll take care of the rest, at their expense. If a replacement is necessary and your product is no longer available, a comparable product will be substituted.
