You will receive a refund for your purchase only if it meets the criteria in our Return Policy.
All items must be returned within 30 Days of the original purchase date.
All products must be in new, unused, and perfect condition.
All returns are subject to approval by a product manager.
All engraved or monogrammed sales are final.
All items must be returned in the original condition and packaging.
Please allow 2 - 3 business days for credit to be applied to your account after receipt of item(s). The amount credited to your card will include price of item(s) and any taxes that were charged. Any shipping charges will not be refunded unless the product was damaged, defective, or the wrong item was shipped and a replacement has not been accepted.
We recommend you return items via UPS ground or insured USPS for proof of delivery. We also recommend that you reuse the original shipping carton and packing materials.
