• Exclusions: All consequential or incidental damages are disclaimed. Paragon is not responsible for damage to contents, loss of use, loss of time or other consequential or incidental damages. Paragon is not responsible for normal wear and tear and/or damage caused by airlines, other carriers or misuse. Only defects in material and workmanship are covered by the Paragon warranty. All other conditions are excluded.
