No. Embossing is free of charge and Engraving is also free of charge for the first line.
For Embossing you can have a total of 4 letters, no numbers or special characters are available. For Engraving you can have up to 25 per line, but be aware that the more characters you have in a line the smaller the text must be to fit into the engravable space.

Engraving is the process of cutting into metal and can be done on a plate or directly on the product. Embossing is done with a hot stamp in leather and can be colored with foil.
The colors for embossing are Gold, Silver, and Natural. We will pick which color goes with the product best. If you would like to specify a specific color you can do so in the comments section of the shopping cart at checkout.
The option to personalize is yours! All our personalized products can be ordered without any lettering.

If you would like to order multiple items and wish to personalize each one differently, personalize them and add them to your Cart one at a time
Yes. Actually we recommend it for some of our gifts. It is better to wait sometimes than be stuck with a gift they might not need. As long as you purchased the product from us you will not be charged for this service. Just contact our customer service department for details.
We've eliminated the customary 4-6 week wait usually associated with personalized products. However, we do allow up to three additional days in processing any part of your order that includes personalized items.
Some of the items can be returned for a nominal $6.00 per line engraving fee. This is only on items that have a plate that has not been attached to the product. If you have purchased an embossed product or an item that has been engraved directly on it we will not accept the return.
Unfortunately, for our online customers we cannot offer this service because of the problem in shipping larger boxes after wrapping. If you would like to pick up your item at one of our store locations we would be happy to do this for you.
No. This should not add any time to your order.
We use our signature map paper for all gift wrapping in our stores and for our online customers. There will be a picture added here very soon.
Yes. You can add any comments you would like to send in the comments section of the shopping cart.
No. If it is being gift wrapped we will only send you a receipt to the billing address. If you decide against the gift wrapping you can still add that it is a gift in the comments section during checkout.
