British Airways Baggage Regulations
Here at Luggage and Leather we try to keep our customers as informed as possible when it comes to travel, it just makes finding that perfect bag that much easier. Although we try our best to keep everything up to date the airlines may change certain regulations without us knowing. We recommend that you always contact your carrier before your flight to verify that the same rules are in place. You may also want to visit the
British Airways website
or their section on
Baggage
.
If you notice something that has changed or just have a question please send us an
email
.

View all recommended Carryon Bags for British Airways
Each passenger is allowed to carry on one bag and one personal item such as a purse or briefcase. Assistive devices and outer garments do not count as personal items. All carry-on luggage must fit in the overhead bin or under the seat in front of you and adhere to the following requirements:
Maximum Dimensions of Carry-on Luggage: 22in x 17.5in x 9.85in (length x width x height)
One briefcase, laptop computer bag or equivalent, which must fit under the seat in front of you.
BA Connect and franchise airlines operate certain routes on behalf of British Airways, and baggage allowances vary when you travel with these other airlines. On some routes these airlines operate small aircraft types which have limited cabin storage space, so you cannot always expect the same allowances as on larger aircraft
