I got a Moshi clock this Christmas from our store and I really have been enjoying it. Talk about your lazy mans way of checking the time. The idea behind it is to talk to your clock. I never open my eyes anymore to check the time. There are a few things about Moshi that I don't really like though. Sometimes Moshi can't hear me over the space heater so if you have any ambient noise that you must sleep to then you'll want to put Moshi closer to your bed. Although Moshi does come with sleep sounds which are a bit on the annoying side. Think of your standard sleep sound machine that has a miriad of sleep sounds, now take your favorite three sounds and clip them to 10 seconds and then loop. Not really ideal but more of a re-invention of the sleep sound idea. I hope in the future Moshi will have a bluetooth built in so that Moshi can answer my phone calls for me. I think it would be a boon to have a clock that doubles as a caller id for my cell phone. That would rock, maybe a Moshi 2.0, but I degress. Moshi really only listens when plugged into the wall in it VRM or Voice Recognition Mode. For all it's lacks there are a lot of useful little bonuses for the clock. There is a night lite built in that changes color and 3 different sounds to wake up to. I give the Moshi clock a 4 out of 5.
